Refund Policy for TaskMatepro

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Quality Guarantee: If you’re unsatisfied with a deliverable, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to correct any issues to meet agreed-upon standards. Refunds will be considered only if we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts.
  • Project Deposits and Upfront Payments: Refunds for upfront payments and deposits are available only if a project is canceled before any work has begun. Once work has started, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the completed percentage of the project.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Due to the nature of our work, certain services, such as consultations, strategy sessions, and digital deliverables (e.g., branding packages, written content, or design assets), are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Monthly retainers or recurring service subscriptions are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered for the billing period.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • One-Time Projects: If you wish to cancel a one-time project before completion, you may do so with written notice. We will review the project status and may issue a partial refund based on the work completed.
  • Recurring Services: Recurring or monthly subscription services require 7 days notice for cancellation. No refunds are provided for services already rendered within the billing period.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Clients can initiate a refund request by emailing our support team at [email protected] or contacting their account manager directly.
  • Include the project name, service details, and the reason for your request to facilitate prompt review and response.

5. Resolution and Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
